The Silo Coops are our most popular design! This design is very meaningful to us as it came about as a way to remember. In 2003, the second of us Klecka children, sweet Joey was diagnosed with cancer. Our Daddy made him a beautiful octagon shaped bird aviary for his cockatiels so he could go in and sit and spend time enjoying his birds.
When we moved to our new farm in 2006 we brought that special bird aviary with us and it stood in our mother’s garden, housing doves for several years.
Eventually we decided it needed some serious repairs, but shortly after beginning we realized the best option was a complete overhaul. We took as many special parts from our precious brother’s aviary as we could and the first Silo Coop was made.
With every Silo Coop we build, a little bit of our love and his memory goes into them.
